I had been using Linnworks for over a decade until I had to make the switch to Veeqo in January 2023 due to their prices skyrocketing to over £15K in just two years. Overall, I'm happy with the change. Linnworks is a well-established platform, and most features function as intended, but it’s getting a bit clunky now; the web version can be slow to load. On the other hand, Veeqo is relatively new, loads quicker, but some features could use a bit of tweaking. Here are some key differences:
1. Linnworks has become quite pricey (I was quoted over £15K for 2023), while Veeqo is free (hard to believe, but it’s true; Amazon bought Veeqo in 2022, and I reckon they’re looking to gather more shipping data for their logistics expansion).
2. Veeqo’s support team usually replies within minutes, whereas Linnworks typically takes about 24 hours. More importantly, Veeqo’s responses are usually spot on because their support staff are involved in creating user guides, so they really understand their system.
3. Veeqo’s inventory management dashboard lets you see a product’s stock levels across different warehouses at a glance, along with orders and purchase orders. It’s a bit of a hassle to find that info in Linnworks, and even if you figure it out, it takes way more time.
4. Linnworks has a super efficient batch order processing feature and works with nearly every courier in the UK. Veeqo, however, has limited integration with UK couriers, probably because other couriers are sensing Amazon’s competition.
5. The order data in Linnworks is more comprehensive, while Veeqo’s data feels lacking. For instance, Veeqo doesn’t keep the eBay order number (it only saves sales numbers, which aren’t clear on eBay). Plus, Veeqo’s invoices are a bit strange since the billing company name isn’t printed. We do some wholesale trade, but there’s no place to enter customer PO numbers.
6. Veeqo allows for both product and order tags, giving users the chance to customize their order views. For example, the warehouse manager might only want to see open orders, while the accountant would prefer to view orders shipped in the last few days. Linnworks doesn’t offer this feature.
7. A standout feature of Veeqo is its ability to quickly send internal messages, as well as order confirmations to customers and POs to suppliers directly. Linnworks hasn’t rolled out this feature yet.
8. Linnworks can directly issue refunds to eBay/Amazon customers, which Veeqo doesn’t support at this time, but Veeqo does handle Duplicate Orders, making it super easy to send replacements and warranty parts.

I don't typically write reviews, but I gotta say, Veeqo and their support crew have really blown me away. This software has helped us get rid of inventory mistakes on our various selling platforms.
